Tuition & Payment Policy
2026/2027 Season

At Charisma School of Dance, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction in a structured and supportive environment. Below are the details of our tuition and payment policies for the 2026–2027 dance season:

MONTHLY TUITION

● Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid via autopay with a credit or debit card on file.
● Tuition is divided into equal monthly payments and remains the same each month, regardless of holidays, closures, or breaks.
● The billing cycle runs from September 2026 through June 2027, and dancers attend class weekly.

MISSED CLASSES & MAKEUPS

●Tuition is required whether a dancer attends class or not.
●No tuition prorations will be given for missed classes.
●Makeup classes may be requested in advance and must be approved by the studio.

ANNUAL TUITION DISCOUNT

  • Families who pay the full season’s tuition upfront (September 2026–June 2027) by September 30, 2026, will receive a 10% discount.
  • This payment is non-refundable.
  • Multi class discount is provided.
  • Military discount – For Active Duty

    • PER DANCER TUITION CAP

    ● A monthly tuition limit of $270 per dancer applies.
    ● Tuition rates and limits are per dancer, not per family.

    LATE FEES & RETURNED PAYMENTS

    ● A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid in full by the 5th of each month (late fee added on the 6th).
    ● A $25 NSF fee will apply to any returned or failed payments.
    ●A $10 late fee per costume will be charged for any costume payments not made by their due dates.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    ● A two-week notice is required to cancel enrollment and stop recurring charges.
    ● Families are responsible for any tuition or fees due during that notice period.

    REGISTRATION FEES

    ● New Family Registration Fee – $35 (one-time per household)
    ● Returning Family Fee – $50 (due annually each September per household)
