COMPANY AUDITION
Charisma’s Company Dancers represent the heart of our studio where passion meets performance, and hard work turns into artistry. Our Company program is designed for dedicated dancers who want to take their training and performance experience to the next level. Company dancers train at an accelerated pace, perform throughout the community, and compete at state-level competitions.
Tryouts & Auditions
● Company Tryouts are held every July.
● Private auditions may be scheduled after contacting the Director at charismaschoolofdance@gmail.com.
Dancers are evaluated on technique, performance ability, commitment, and potential. Placement in routines is determined by skill level, age, and team needs.
Performance Opportunities
Charisma Company Dancers:
● Perform in our annual studio recital
● Represent Charisma at local community events
● Compete in state dance competitions
These opportunities allow dancers to gain valuable stage experience and grow as confident, expressive performers.
Class Requirements
Company dancers are required to take specific technique and choreography classes based on:
● Their skill level
● Styles they are cast in (e.g., jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary)
● The technical needs of each competition routine
This training structure ensures each dancer is properly prepared to perform and succeed as part of the team.
